SYARIKAT ZULKIFLI BAMADHAJ SDN. BHD. Is founded in 1965 by En.Khalid Ahmad and his wife Pn.Mahani Abdullah and officially established in 1972.

Company main activity is to process and issue traditional based on PETANi branded herbs.

The existance of the brand PETANI is inspiration of En. Khalid Ahmad and his wife Pn. Mahani Abdullah based on their background as a former invovled involved iin the field of argriculture. That background has provided them a source of inspiration to deliver a superior local brand and related industries in herb.

Now leaded by their son, En. Zulkifli Khalid who has taken unfold step to move company operation to industry area located at Bukit Bakri, Muar, Johor. The company has obtained its GMP (Good Manafacturing Practice) License from the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau, Ministry Of Health Malaysia. Products have been produced and registered by Drug Control Authority, Ministry of Health of Malaysia.

In 2006, the company has formed a subsidiary company Zulkifli Bamadhaj Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd, where the overall planning and execution activity that involves the selling and marketing are controlled entirely by the subsidiary company.

In 2007, emerge a new subsidiary company Zulkifli Bamadhaj Beverages Industries. The processing activity and production is within FMCG sector ( Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
